Serving the poor and underprivileged through Sai Prema Foundation

Medical, Education & Social Service
Sai Prema Foundation Fiji (SPFF) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) founded to serve the poor and underprivileged people of Fiji through medical, educational and social service initiatives.
Over 9 years in conjunction with the Ministry of Health, over 67,510 patients have received medical treatment free of charge.

Free Heart Surgeries for Children
Fiji does not have Pediatric Cardiac facilities available locally. SPFF's Gift of Life project has benefitted children who do not have financial resources to be treated overseas.
International medical teams from Australia, India, New Zealand, UK, USA and other countries conducted free surgeries giving a new lease of life to children whose families had no hope of getting treatment.
A 12-month scholarship trains Fiji based doctors in Pediatric Cardiology at the Hospital in India completely free of cost.
