Free healthcare through Aruike Specialty Hospital

Aruike Specialty Hospital
Aruike Specialty Hospital commenced its out-patient clinical services on the 1st of October 2016. By April 2017, ASH had treated more than 3000 patients with an average of 25 to 30 patients per day.
Before the establishment of the hospital, medical care in the area was inadequate and prohibitively expensive. This led to unacceptable rates of infant and adult mortality as well as high rates of infectious diseases.

Transforming Community Health
The free medical care provided by the hospital has a substantial impact on the wellbeing of local people, reducing morbidity and mortality.
The ASH doctors' lodge was constructed in July 2017 within the hospital premises, allowing doctors to provide around the clock care for their patients.
From Nigeria to India for a Life Saving Operation
Nifemi, 10 years of age, from Ogun State in Nigeria was the first intercontinental patient of the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani International Centre for Child Heart Care & Research, Palwal, India.
Nifemi's mother was raising three other children making it difficult to continue with frequent hospital visits. Her father, earning a modest salary as a teacher, sought support to fund the treatment.
